This is an original edition of the "Methodist Hospital Beacon" monthly newsletter, for Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.  It is dated July-August 1965, and is Volume 12, Number 7.
Highlights of the contents include articles such as:

The 12-page newsletter is printed on glossy paper and measures approximately 8.5" x 11".   It is in Excellent condition for its age, with no  writing, marks, tears, or creases (other than where it was folded for mailing).
