    Description

    Peruvian ceremonial pipe
For shamans pipe smoking is a peace ceremony and an act of sharing. It is a way to connect with the ancestors ... and also to offer their own prayers to the Great Spirit.
The trilogy is comprised of Andean condor, puma and snake. These three animals are considered the Inca trilogy. That is each of them represents a part of the world in the tripartite worldview. The condor, independent symbol, the messenger of the gods, of spirits. He is revered as an intercessor or intermediary. Represents the Hanan Pacha, the upper world. The puma, represented Kay Pacha, the world of here. It symbolizes wisdom, strength, intelligence. It symbolized the government, hence probably for that reason planning building Qosqo had the shape of a puma. And the snake representation of infinity for the Incas, it symbolized Ukhu Pacha or the world below.
