    Description

    Imperial Fashion Clear Open Compote 6.75" Pattern 402 Star Design USA
    6.75" high; 6 1/8" top diameter; 3.75" base diameter
    pressed glass; 4 mold marks
    star design with scalloped sawtooth rim; slightly flared
    marked - 'I super-imposed over the G' or simply 'IG', so this piece was actually made sometime around 1951
    made by Imperial Glass Company in Bellaire, Ohio, discontinued pattern; pattern #402
    excellent used condition with no chips, cracks or repairs; very clear; typical straw marks and bubbles in the glass are possible
