The vital statistics: one 1876-E German States - Saxony Albertine 5 mark coin, KM# 1237, silver (0.900), 27.7770 g (0.98 oz.) weight, actual silver weight 0.803745 troy oz., 38 mm (1.5 in.) diameter.
This coin is in strong very fine condition.  Fine details of nearly all raised surfaces are clear and distinct.  Fine details of the coin's designs show evidence of wear, e.g. gentle smoothing of the hairlines and other raised surfaces of the obverse portrait.  The coin appears to have been cleaned earlier in the chain of ownership.
