College of Electronic Medicine Short Wave Oscilloclast No 2140
So I believe this is from the 1930's. Not 100% sure of what this is suppose to do. Appears to be some sort of quack medicine machine.
I plugged it in, and the tubes in the glass window lit up. Timer seems to work, but that's as far as I went.
