Preparation;
Add fresh: 75 g red lentils and 200 g zucchini.
1) Rinse lenses with cold water, add to boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Drain on a sieve.
2) Clean the zucchini, grate on a drizzle and squeeze well. Add lentils and sachet contents and mix well into a dough. Let stand for 10 minutes, then shape 6 small burgers.
3) Fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil over medium heat for 5 minutes, turn gently and fry for 5 minutes.
