    Up for sale is a 1976 nickel struck on a unknown foreign planchet. It only weights 1.8 grams, about a third of the weight of a normal planchet. Very small in size, and color of metal is different. First one I have seen, can't be many of them out there !  I accept paypal and MO's ,
