Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Items being shipped to addresses within the United States are shipped USPS First-Class Package Service with delivery confirmation. All items will be shipped with reinforced packaging and/or packaging inserts. Packages with a total shipping weight up to 13 ounces can be sent USPS First-Class Package Service. Packages over 13 ounces will be sent Priority Mail. Orders of 0.00 and more will be shipped signature required. eBay will collect internet sales tax on applicable transactions being delivered to buyers within states which require so by law.
Special note - Stamp singles within the clearance category may be eligible for economy shipping. Items which are eligible will have an economy shipping option available in the listing.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
General:
All items will be shipped with reinforced packaging and/or packaging inserts. Items being shipped outside the U.S. may experience longer shipping times due to customs inspections. International orders are shipped by two different methods - USPS International Package Service or eBay's Global Shipping Program.
eBay's Global Shipping Program:
Items being offered via eBay's Global Shipping Program are easily identified in the listing's Shipping & Payments tab. When selecting your country, you will get shipping cost and customs estimates.
USPS International Package Service shipments:
Items not being shipped via eBay's Global Shipping Program are shipped via USPS International Package Service. Depending on final shipping destination, shipments with a merchandise total of 0.00 or more may be shipped Registered Mail at the buyer's expense. Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office to determine what these charges will be prior to bidding/purchasing.
