Shipping within the US takes anywhere from 1-9 days depending on location and shipping method chosen. International shipping takes 10 days or more. A: Items that are in brand new, unworn condition, free from smoke, perfume and human/pet hair can be exchanged or returned for the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.
